However, upon reflection, it’s evident that Codilar had an exceptional year overall, and I hope the same goes for everyone. With a quick rewind, we can recall the highlights such as the Codilar rebranding, numerous successful events, expansions, and new projects. These achievements have given us many reasons to celebrate and will always remain cherished moments.

To start with, we underwent a successful rebranding exercise that breathed new life into our identity. A successful rebranding exercise can be a game-changer and Codilar’s experience was no different. In 2022, we shed our old identity and embraced a new one that better reflected its values and goals. While the process was undoubtedly challenging, the results speak for themselves, and Codilar emerged from the rebranding exercise with a fresh sense of purpose and direction.
As Codilar began its new chapter with a fresh brand identity in 2022, the company also experienced tremendous growth in its team size by 30%. This expansion is a reflection of the trust and confidence that clients have in Codilar’s services and solutions. Furthermore, the company made significant improvements to its efficiency, which played a vital role in achieving its all-time best growth rate of 100% in revenue.
Recognition
In addition to its remarkable growth and expansion, Codilar was also recognized for its exceptional work and achievements in 2022. The company was a finalist in two prestigious awards, the Adobe Experience Maker Award for Wingreens, a food and beverage brand, and the Pimcore Data Hero Award for the Lals Group’s Mom Store. Being among the top three finalists in both these awards was a great honor for Codilar and commitment to delivering outstanding solutions to clients.
Moreover, Codilar was selected to present an innovative Proof of Concept at Adobe Commerce Day, where it was among the elite company of Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, and HCL. This recognition was a significant achievement for the company and to its position as a leader in the industry.
Community
At Codilar, we believe in the power of building relationships and fostering collaborations to advance our knowledge and expertise in the commerce industry. Over the past year, we actively participated in several events and summits, both as organizers and participants, to learn, grow, and recognize the efforts of our peers.
As the headline sponsor of Meet Magento India 2022, we had the opportunity to showcase our solutions and engage with fellow professionals in the industry. We also participated in various Meet Magento events worldwide, promoting our brand and services and sharing insights with the community.
In addition, we exhibited at Gitex Global and took part in Seamless Middle East 2022, two prestigious events that allowed us to connect with potential clients and partners and showcase our offerings.
Furthermore, we organized and restarted Magento Meetups in Bangalore and Dubai, which were a great success and provided a platform for the community to share knowledge and insights. We also conducted live webinars on ‘Getting Hands-on with Magento PWA Studio’ & ‘Turbocharge Your Magento Performance’, which was well-received and is available on-demand.
Overall, the past year was eventful and provided us with valuable insights and opportunities to engage with the commerce community. We look forward to working on more such knowledge-enhancing professional events in the future.
