Creating a Customized eCommerce Website for Reebok on Magento Cloud

Reebok, a global athletic footwear and apparel company, wanted to create a new eCommerce website to sell their products online. They approached us to build the website on Magento Cloud and customize it to meet their specific needs.
Our team worked closely with Reebok to understand their requirements and created a fully functional eCommerce website with all necessary features, including payment integration, customer session-based recommendations, multi-currency support, and social media connectors.

The main objective was to create a customized eCommerce website that met Reebok’s specific requirements and provided a seamless shopping experience for their customers.
However, there were several challenges that we had to overcome to achieve this objective:
- User Experience: The challenges for Reebok's eCommerce website include customizing the site to meet specific requirements for a seamless and engaging user experience, developing a system to personalize the shopping experience through IP-based recommendations, and providing a simple one-step check-out process to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer satisfaction.
- Payment and Internationalization: They wanted to integrate Tabby and EMI payment options for secure and easy checkout. Also, support five currencies, and include VAT and Cart Summary to simplify the purchase process and accommodate international customers.
- Social Media and Branding: Integrating social media connectors to increase brand exposure and customer engagement, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across different platforms.

We worked to ensure that these payment options were secure, user-friendly, and integrated seamlessly with the checkout process. Additionally, customers can use their store credit to pay for purchases, and administrators can utilize the store credit for cash refunds.
Customer Session-based Recommendations
To personalize the shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction, we utilized data analysis tools to make recommendations based on customer sessions via IP. These recommendations were displayed to customers in real-time, enhancing the shopping experience and increasing sales.
